Show an AI a task once

OpenAI just released something that changes how repetitive admin works.

It's called record and replay. You screen-share your computer and do the task the way you normally do it. The AI watches. It learns every step. Next time, you just tell it to do it.

The demo shows a user dragging in a video file, a thumbnail, and a subtitle file. The AI uploaded it step by step, exactly as it had seen done.

I can think of three tasks in my own business that work exactly like that. The report I pull at month-end. The invoices I process the same way every Friday. The new-client brief I set up the same way every time a project starts.

Show the AI once. It does it from then on.

This is still in developer tools. But every major platform is heading in this direction. Start keeping a note of the tasks you do the same way every time. Those are the ones to hand off first.
