Do This Now

Stop trying to learn AI. Start with a problem.

Every AI course opens the same way. "First, understand how large language models work." That is not what you need.

You need one task. Something you do every week that repeats, costs time, and follows a predictable pattern. A report you rewrite from scratch every time. A follow-up email you compose from memory. A client onboarding checklist you rebuild for every new engagement.

That is your bottleneck. Start there.

Brief AI on that one thing. Tell it who you are and what you need. Give it an example of what good looks like. Check what comes back. If the output is generic, it means your brief was vague. Add more context. Try again.

Once the output is useful, save it. Save the prompt, the context, the format. Make it a reusable asset your team can run without you.

I call this the 5B's. Bottleneck. Brief. Backcheck. Bank. Build.

It takes fifteen minutes a day for seven days. By the end of the week, you have something that works, and you did not need a single course or certification to get there.

I have walked clients through this at every level, from people who had never opened ChatGPT to teams using it ten times a day. The ones who get results are never the most technical. They are the ones who picked one specific task and ran the loop properly.

Most AI advice starts with theory. You do not need theory. You need one win this week.

Comment 5B and I'll send you the 5B Starter Kit, the full framework, the prompts, and a 7-day calendar to get your first AI win.
