You're spending on ads and hoping for the best.

Most businesses running ads are flying half-blind. The money goes out every week. The report that tells you what's actually working, which ad, which message, either takes hours nobody has, or just never gets done.
So you keep spending, you get a vague sense it's 'going okay', and the winners and losers blur into one number at the end of the month.
I do this differently now, because I made the reporting automatic.
Every week, AI pulls the live numbers from my ad account, reconciles them against actual sales, and writes me a plain-English report. Not a wall of metrics. What's working, what's not, and where the money's going further than expected.
Then it goes a step further. It looks at the ads that are winning, works out what they have in common, the hook and the kind of person responding, and drafts the next round of ads built on that pattern. So the report comes with the next move already drafted, the new ads to test next week, built on what's working.
What used to be a job I dreaded and skipped is now sitting in my inbox every Monday, done. The analysis and the next step, both handled, before I've even sat down.
You don't need a marketing analyst to get this. You need the numbers you already have, read properly and turned into a decision, on a schedule. The performance review that never happens because it's a faff is exactly the kind of work AI does well.
So pick the part of your business where money or time goes out every week and you're not sure what's working. Have AI report on it weekly, in language you'd actually use. Then have it tell you what to do next.
