Your AI Should Work While You Sleep
18 June 2026

I thought automation stopped at scheduled tasks. It doesn't.
Most business owners using AI are at level one. You ask Claude for something, you wait, you read the reply. You're still the trigger for everything it does.
Level two is goal mode. You give Claude a finish line and step back. It works out the steps and keeps going until the job is done.
Level three is where AI loops dispatch tasks to other AI loops. A nightly scan flags a message from a client. The system drafts a reply and logs it in your tracker. You wake up and the work is done.
Take your monthly client report, the kind that eats half a day to compile and write. Set up an automated loop that pulls the data, drafts the narrative sections, and queues them for review. You come in on Monday with the first drafts already waiting.
Most business owners I work with are still at level one. The move toward level three starts with one question: what event should trigger this task, rather than me scheduling it manually?
Pick one process in your business and ask that question.
