You finish a good client call. You agreed some things, you spotted a few actions, you've got a head full of what needs to happen next.

Then real life kicks in. The next call, the inbox, the fire that's been burning since lunch. The write-up doesn't happen. The actions live in your memory for a few days and then fade. A week later you're half-guessing what you actually agreed.

I had this exact problem, so I built it out of my week.

Now, after a client call, the recording gets pulled in automatically. It works out which client it was from my calendar, files the transcript in the right client folder, and logs the meeting in my system with a link, so I can always find it. Then it reads the whole conversation and writes me a short report: what was discussed, and the actions and agreements that came out of it.

I do nothing. By the time I've had a cup of tea, the call is filed and turned into a clear list of what I said I'd do and what they said they'd do.

And it matters more than it sounds. The value of a client call is in the follow-through, and follow-through is the first thing that dies when the write-up depends on a busy person finding time for it later.

You almost certainly have your own version of this. Calls, meetings, the conversations where decisions get made and promises get given. The recording or your notes already exist. AI can read them, file them, and pull out every action and agreement, so nothing important rests on you remembering it.

Sort the filing and the follow-up actions automatically. Spend your attention on the client, not the paperwork that comes after them.
