Turn boring business data into engaging video
22 October 2026

The slide with the numbers on it is where most presentations lose the room, and Claude can now turn that slide into a short video.
The feature is called Claude Motion. Anthropic launched it in beta earlier this month, and it works nothing like the AI video tools you've seen.
Most AI video tools generate footage, which is why so many business owners don't trust them. You get made-up scenes and AI people who look slightly wrong. If one detail is off, you start again and hope the next version is closer.
Motion builds the animation as code, the same way Claude builds a webpage. There's no generated footage in it and nobody in it is fake. It's your real numbers, moving.
Because it's code, you can change one number, one label, or the speed of the whole thing, and everything else stays exactly as it was. You adjust it in the editor or by asking Claude, then download an MP4 you can drop into any presentation or post anywhere.
I'd start simple. Type /motion, give it this year's sales figures, and ask for a twenty-second animation showing each region growing month by month. The chart nobody remembered from your last review becomes the twenty seconds people actually watch, and you didn't need a designer or an editing app to get there.
It's in beta and only on Team and Enterprise plans for now, and on Enterprise an admin has to switch it on. Check whether your account has it.
If it's there, take the dullest chart you presented this month and give it twenty seconds of motion.
