The real work starts after the call

Breakdown

You finish a client call, and then the real work starts. Notes, actions and follow-ups, all of it waiting for you after you hang up.

Mine are done before I wake up.

Most owners lose that hour because the admin lives in four different places. The transcript sits in one tool, the client folder in another, the task list in a third, and the connecting work between them is you.

I handed the connecting work to an agent that runs overnight.

Every Zoom call gets transcribed automatically. The next morning my agent picks up each transcript, checks my calendar to work out which client the call belongs to, and files it straight into that client's folder.

Then it reads the whole call and writes a report, with every action item split by who owns it, mine and theirs. My actions go straight into Asana, scheduled for the right follow-up date.

Before it schedules anything, it checks my second brain for the templates and resources I've already used with that client, and it drafts the action itself using what has worked before. So instead of a task called send onboarding doc, I open a task with the right onboarding doc already attached and half the email written.

By the time I open my laptop, the call is filed and actioned, and the first drafts are waiting. I haven't touched a single note.

Start with the first link in the chain. Turn on automatic transcription for your next client call, then hand the transcript to AI with one job: split the actions by who owns them.
