Still taking meeting notes by hand?

If you are using AI for marketing, five tools are doing the heavy lifting in my workflow right now. Every one replaced a manual step I used to do myself.

First, WisprFlow. It lets you talk instead of type, anywhere on your Mac. I use it to capture ideas, draft essays, and brief AI, all by voice. I stopped opening a notes app entirely.

Second, Google Gemini for images. I generate all the visuals for my content with it. Blog headers, carousel cards, video overlays. No stock photos, no designer, no templates. I describe what I want and it draws it.

Third, Buffer through Claude. I schedule and publish every social post from inside the same conversation where I wrote it. No copying, no pasting, no logging into a separate dashboard. The post goes from draft to published without leaving Claude.

Fourth, ElevenLabs. If you need a voiceover and do not want to record one, it reads your script in a voice that sounds human. Or you clone your own voice and let it do the read for you.

Fifth, HeyGen. It builds a talking video version of you. I have clients who either do not have the time to record or are not comfortable on camera. HeyGen makes it easy to produce videos at the scale needed for ad campaigns.

Each of these took an afternoon to test on real work. None required technical skill to set up.
