Show it what good looks like

AI averages out everything it has ever seen. Left on its own, it gives you the most generic version of whatever you asked for.

You can fix that with one step most people skip.

If you have written a tender that won the work, hand it over. If you have got a follow-up email that actually got a reply, paste it in. Give AI something that worked in your business, and tell it: "Match this standard."

The output will read like something you would actually send, not something you would have to rewrite first.

Most people give AI context and boundaries but never show it what good actually looks like. They tell it who the client is and what tone to use, everything except an example of the standard they expect.

Context tells it who you are. Boundaries tell it the rules. A benchmark tells it what the finished product should feel like.

Without a benchmark, AI writes for nobody in particular. Show it one good example and the output starts matching your voice and your standard.
