Pick one. Not three.
7 September 2026
You're not bad at AI. You're pointing it at everything and hitting nothing.
Monday you ask it to write a blog post. Tuesday a social caption. Wednesday a meal plan. By Thursday you've decided it's overrated.
The tool didn't fail you. You never gave it a target.
AI amplifies direction. Point it at a clear problem with a clear brief, you get results. Without direction, it amplifies chaos. Every scattered request trains you to think the tool is broken, when the real problem is you're switching targets before any single one has a chance to work.
So here's what I tell every business owner I work with. Pick one thing.
Something that repeats, weekly or daily. Something that costs you time or money. Something where you can describe what "done" looks like.
A proposal email you rewrite from scratch every time. A weekly report you copy and paste from three spreadsheets.
That's your bottleneck.
I did this with my own client invoicing last month. Same email and attachments, rebuilt from scratch every Friday afternoon. It took 20 minutes to set up the AI brief once. Now it runs in under two minutes each week, and I haven't touched the template since.
Repetition is where the return multiplies. The task that feels too small to bother with turns out to be the one eating your week.
Write one thing down today. The task and what "done" looks like. Tomorrow, start solving that one problem with AI.
Comment STARTER and I'll send you the 5B Starter Kit. The full framework, the prompts, and a 7-day calendar to get your first AI win.
