My AI works while I sleep

Breakdown

Most business owners start the day the same way. Inbox open, trying to remember who they promised what and which invoice they meant to chase.

I do not. My best AI work happens while I am asleep.

Every morning at seven I get a full business brief. It pulls my calendar, my tasks, my inbox, my invoices, and anything waiting on a decision onto one page before breakfast.

Three builds make it run, in the order you set them up.

First, a context file. One document that tells Claude who you are, what you sell, how you talk, and what you are working on right now. Claude reads it at the start of every session, so you stop explaining your business from scratch each time.

Second, scheduled tasks. You give Claude a job and a time, and it runs whether you are at the desk or not. My weekly client review runs every Monday at six in the morning. My cashflow summary runs at month end.

Third, the morning brief itself. Claude pulls calendar, tasks, inbox, invoices, and anything waiting on a decision onto one page. None of that works without the data being there for it to read.

There is no code in any of this, and it runs on the tools you already use.

Most people are still opening a chat window and typing when they need something. The smart ones are putting AI on a timer, so it works for the business when nobody is looking at it.

Sort your data first. Then set up one scheduled job in Claude this weekend.
