That's the whole relationship for most business owners. You ask, it answers, and by morning it has forgotten you exist.

The setup that fixes this already exists. It just gets explained badly. Every guide is written for developers, full of terminals and repos, and you close the tab thinking it isn't meant for you.

It's four steps, and none of them need code.

Give it a brain. Download Obsidian, a free notes app, and drop your price list, your templates and your standard emails into a vault. Then run a free tool called Graphify over it. It maps how everything connects, so Claude stops re-reading your files and just knows your business.

Give it hands. In settings, connect the tools you already pay for. Your email. Your accounts package. Now it can look things up and act, instead of talking about it.

Give it jobs. Pick one task you repeat every week, like quotes. Ask Claude to interview you on exactly how you do it, then save the answers as a skill. That job becomes a button you press.

Give it a schedule. Put the jobs on a timer. Your numbers waiting at seven on Monday. Unpaid invoices chased every Friday without you having to remember.

Mine drafts tomorrow's content at one in the morning, renders the images at five, and has it published by midday. I read it over coffee.

Start with the brain. The other three steps make no sense without it.
